Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-1.5 weeks from the date of payment receipt. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipments, extending the processing time by a few days. Additional transit days should be considered for delivery. If a significant delay in the shipment of your order is anticipated, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide free express shipping for all orders. Once dispatched, orders typically take 3-5 days to reach your doorstep. Keep in mind that the shift to online shopping since COVID-19 may cause occasional delivery delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Xneonled is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will strive to assist in resolving these matters and ensure transparency in additional costs.
Damages
Xneonled is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the case of a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim is initiated, reach out to us, and refer to the Refund Policy for further instructions. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
