In the rare event that your sign arrives damaged, please reach out to us, and we will work diligently to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. To initiate a resolution process, we kindly request the following information: proof of purchase, your order number, as well as clear photos and videos showcasing the damage or defects. Our dedicated customer service team will carefully assess each situation on an individual basis to ensure that you receive a replacement sign in perfect condition. Damages and issues

Upon receiving your custom sign, we kindly request that you inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us promptly so that we can address the issue and make it right. You have up to 7 days from the receipt of your custom sign to report any claims related to damage, defects, or errors on our part. To evaluate your claim, we will need clear photos and videos showing the damage on the sign, as well as images of the packaging and shipping label. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for returns.
